FAQ's

To place an order online, simply:

  • Find the product(s) you would like to purchase
  • Select whether you would like it shipped or in-store pick-up and select a location
  • Click add to cart
  • When you are ready to checkout, click the cart icon in the top right corner and then click checkout
  • Follow the checkout prompts, and click Place Order

Congratulations, you have now placed your order. An order confirmation email will now be sent to your email on file.

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. As well as Molly's Gift cards.

You can track your orders online here. To track your order, please enter your Order ID and the email you used to place your order in the boxes and press the "Track" button. Your order ID can be found on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please read our return policy below:

Return Policy 

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. 
  • Prepaid shipping labels will be provided only for damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise. To request a label, please contact orders@mydev.mollys.com and include proof of damages or issues. 
  • For other returns or exchanges (e.g., incorrect sizing), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
